An Landlord Safety Certificate/Electrical Installation Condition Report (formerly Periodic Inspection Report) is an electrical test on the condition of the electrical wiring, electrical installations and electrical connections within a property. This report is necessary for every business, residential and landlord/tenanted property in London, the frequency of this report depends on the size, age and and general use of the building.
This report provided by our NAPIT registered electricians will identify any faults, possible concerns, and potential problems that need further investigation. The EICR also provides a timescale for when action should be taken.
For any recommended remedial action our electricians will provide a fixed price quote to remedy following the report. Should you uptake the correctional work the certificate will be reissued without charge.
